We present to you a discussion on digital imaging metrics and a demonstration of Image Science Associate’s (ISA) GoldenThread NXT software in continuation of our digitization housekeeping tasks series. In FADGI, Metamorfoze, and ISO compliance, Cultural Heritage imaging professionals often aim to follow these fundamental imaging standards.
They are faced with adjustment challenges such as color, tone, and gamma in post-production, determining image quality in relation to standardized measurements. ISA has engineered and developed GoldenThread software to make it simple for users to go through the measurement process and make adjustments that are compliant.
